Shanghai Entrepreneurs' Industrial Collaboration and Signing Conference Concludes Successfully
At the conference, Shangdao Zhilian, an AI business-operations infrastructure platform, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Service Center for Shanghai Enterprises Outside Shanghai. Drawing on Shangdao Zhilian's AI Mini Program intelligent operations system, the two sides will work closely on the digital transformation of Shanghai-rooted enterprises, AI-empowered operations and the build-out of industrial-chain collaboration platforms, helping Shanghai entrepreneurs based outside the city move from informatization to genuine intelligence.
To seize the strategic opportunities of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, to deepen the integration of the real and digital economies through artificial intelligence, and to build a high-level platform where Shanghai entrepreneurs nationwide can share resources and prosper together, the conference "New Opportunities of the 15th Five-Year Plan · AI Empowering the Digital Economy — Shanghai Entrepreneurs' Industrial Collaboration and Project Signing Conference" was successfully held on 8 September. Hosted by the Service Center for Shanghai Enterprises Outside Shanghai and organized by Huanmao Zhihui (Shanghai) Brand Management Co., Ltd., the event brought together presidents and secretaries-general of Shanghai chambers of commerce from across the country, leading Shanghai entrepreneurs, industry alliance representatives, sector experts and institutional heads to explore the new track of the AI digital economy, chart new paths for collaborative development, and witness platform launches, member plaque conferrals and industrial project signings.

Closely aligned with the requirements of new quality productive forces, the conference focused on core themes including AI-empowered industrial upgrading, cross-regional collaboration among Shanghai entrepreneurs, corporate compliance, capital-industry matchmaking and the digital transformation of the real economy. It created a comprehensive industry forum combining the exchange of ideas, resource matching, project delivery and ecosystem building, presenting the innovative and collaborative spirit of a new generation of Shanghai entrepreneurs.
The conference opened with an address by Wu Zheng, Chairman of the Service Center for Shanghai Enterprises Outside Shanghai. Setting his remarks against the backdrop of the 15th Five-Year Plan, he analysed the pivotal role Shanghai entrepreneurs play in cross-regional industrial linkage, in strengthening the real economy and in the digital transition, and set out the Center's core mission — to serve Shanghai enterprises outside the city, connect quality resources, promote industrial collaboration and support digital upgrading — laying out a clear blueprint for the conference and for the high-quality collaborative development to follow.

The keynote session brought together distinguished speakers. Professor Kong Yunzhong, researcher at Fudan University's Center for Social Development Studies and executive director of Fudan's Chinese Leadership Research Fund, delivered a keynote on "Chinese Leadership: Empowering and Developing Shanghai Entrepreneurs in the Age of the AI Digital Economy," examining the transformation opportunities and development paths open to Shanghai enterprises from the perspectives of the times, enterprise empowerment and entrepreneurial growth.
Six industry practitioners and senior executives then presented on specialised topics spanning core industrial tracks and everyday business needs. A Huawei Digital Power specialist addressed the convergence of digital intelligence with the green energy transition, presenting AI-driven energy solutions for industrial and commercial users. An executive from Hualin Securities examined capital-market pathways and new wealth-management models for specialised "little giant" enterprises. The chairman of Guoqu Technology set out a tax-compliance and risk-control framework for companies operating away from their home base. The founder of Qu Falv shared innovations in rebuilding corporate legal services with AI. The head of Hengsha Fishing Port demonstrated how AI and AR are turning traditional fisheries into a smart-port business. And the CTO of Laiyifen drew on retail-chain case studies to unpack AI applications in physical consumer businesses.
After a short break, the conference moved to project presentations. Five projects took the stage in turn — the New Era Shangdao ecosystem, the Xiaohongmao online shopping mini program, Huanmao Zhihui brand management, the Guangxi health-and-wellness food therapy industry, and the Guizhou sauce-aroma baijiu culture industry — spanning digital ecosystems, new retail, brand operations, health and wellness, and distinctive cultural industries, offering guests a precise and efficient bridge for project matchmaking.
Among the highlights, conference organizer Huanmao Zhihui (Shanghai) Brand Management Co., Ltd. unveiled its "Global Brand Growth Solution for Chinese Enterprises in the AI Era." Built around China's 2026 outbound policies and the momentum of AI, the solution establishes a "one core, two wings" structure of brand education, brand exhibitions and brand incubation: brand education to align a company's understanding of globalization, brand exhibitions to connect global industrial resources, and brand incubation to carry outbound projects through to delivery — helping Chinese companies move from product expression to brand equity and from regional growth to global competition, so that brand capability becomes a lasting global asset.
Two launch ceremonies opened a new chapter in AI-driven digitalization for Shanghai entrepreneurs. The Xiaohongmao AI intelligent shopping mall mini program went live; built on intelligent recommendation, lightweight operations and immersive shopping, it widens online sales channels for Shanghai enterprises and supports the digital upgrading of traditional retail.
At the same time, the Qu Falv Yangtze River Delta Operations Center was formally inaugurated. Using artificial intelligence to power legal services, the center will serve Shanghai entrepreneurs across the Delta and nationwide with efficient, professional and intelligent corporate legal support.
To strengthen the collaborative network, the conference held a plaque-conferring ceremony for new members. Beijing Guoqu Technology, Hangzhou Qufa Network and the Maotai Town Guchuan Distillery were named vice-chairman units, while the Guangxi Shanghai Chamber of Commerce, Huanmao Zhihui and the Brand China Strategy Planning Institute were named executive vice-chairman units. The new cohort further strengthens the Service Center's platform and adds fresh momentum to cross-regional industrial collaboration.
The conference closed with the industrial project signing ceremony, at which more than ten strategic cooperation agreements were concluded. Signatories included the Service Center for Shanghai Enterprises Outside Shanghai together with leading enterprises, financial institutions and industrial platforms, covering brand management, tax compliance, digital technology, health and wellness, financial services, baijiu culture, AI legal services and cultural-tourism base development.
Among them, Huanmao Zhihui and Guoqu Technology joined forces to build an integrated brand-plus-tax corporate service system; Shangdao Zhilian, Huanmao Zhihui and Guoqu Technology each signed with the Service Center to empower digital transformation and brand upgrading through its platform resources; Bank of Shanghai and China Minsheng Bank concluded strategic partnerships to channel financial support to Shanghai enterprises; and Guangxi Health & Wellness, Guchuan Distillery, Hainan Liucheng International Manor, Xiaohongmao and Qu Falv signed on with the platform, forming a multi-industry, cross-regional and digital collaboration ecosystem. Every agreement is evidence of Shanghai entrepreneurs' shared commitment to working and innovating together, laying solid foundations for project delivery, resource sharing and complementary strengths.
Anchored in the opportunities of the 15th Five-Year Plan and driven by the AI digital economy, the conference closed the full loop from the exchange of ideas to project matchmaking, platform building and industrial delivery. Going forward, the Service Center will continue to act as a platform hub, bringing together Shanghai entrepreneurs nationwide and working in depth on AI-enabled digitalization, cross-regional industrial collaboration, corporate compliance and the incubation of quality projects, building regular channels for exchange and cooperation so that more quality resources reach Shanghai enterprises and help them seize the digital economy's moment.
The conference delivered substantial results throughout. It read the convergence of the digital and real economies accurately, energised collaborative innovation among Shanghai entrepreneurs, and established a new benchmark platform for connectivity, collective growth and digital upgrading among Shanghai enterprises nationwide — helping Shanghai brands and Shanghai industries release new momentum on the journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
